VISION

To create a quiet sanctuary within a growing urban district, where nature becomes the setting for everyday life. The project imagines a small community of carefully crafted homes, surrounded by gardens and shared spaces that encourage connection while preserving privacy. Each villa is designed as a complete living environment, offering comfort, leisure, and flexibility for modern lifestyles. The vision was to shape a neighbourhood that feels calm and intimate yet deeply connected to the city’s evolving future.

PROCESS

The site was organised into 39 villas, each planned to balance openness, privacy, and generous living areas. Multiple villa types were developed to suit different needs while maintaining a unified character.

Special attention was given to shared amenities such as the clubhouse, coworking areas, and recreational spaces, ensuring that everyday routines — work, leisure, and family life — could coexist within the neighbourhood.

OUTCOMES

The result is a refined residential enclave that combines contemporary living with a strong sense of community. Each home offers spacious interiors, private leisure areas, and terraces that extend living into the outdoors. The clubhouse anchors the development with spaces for gathering, working, and recreation. Together with landscaped streets and gardens, the project creates a complete living environment — one that feels both exclusive and welcoming, designed to support evolving lifestyles while maintaining a sense of calm and belonging.
