VISION

The office redefines the industrial workplace as a site of collaboration, innovation and brand expression. Within the manufacturing campus, it provides a calm high-performance environment that interprets the company’s global design ethos.

PROCESS

The plan was developed from a study of user patterns and workflow across three levels, integrating workspaces with open and closed collaboration zones and breakout areas. Each floor carries a distinct material identity:

Ground Floor hosts café, reception and social areas in warm natural finishes.
First Floor supports collaborative work with a balance of blue and concrete tones.
Second Floor frames leadership spaces in muted rust and oak with acoustic depth.

Furniture and lighting were curated to align comfort with the brand, forming a refined and disciplined spatial system.

OUTCOMES

The office dissolves the boundary between production and administration, strengthening daily performance and well-being through biophilic cues and acoustic clarity. It gives tangible form to the brand through material and spatial precision, offering a workplace defined by clarity, collaboration and craft.
