VISION

Stage aspires to be the Netflix of regional languages in India. By identifying the general lack of quality content and programming in regional languages as an important cultural lacuna, Stage hopes to restore dignity and identity of the millions of native speakers.

We sought to bring this important virtue of the business as an enduring part of the workplace design. Stage is a melting pot of cultures. Its identity emerges from this eclectic diversity.

So, our design strategy focused on creating a strong brand self-awareness delivered in a sophisticated, connected and creative manner.

DESIGN

Stage is a fast-growing media start-up based in NOIDA. In the beginning they were looking for a quick exercise in layout design just to accommodate a larger team. Soon enough, our dialogue resulted in the discovery of much bigger ambitions that needed expression.

And thus, the design process also began addressing the question of the culture of the organization.
Working with the client’s teams, we were able to propose a mix of interesting social spaces that supported the client’s vision in search of identity.

We introduced the idea of flexibility and collaboration in an integral way and thus were able to propose new type of office that better supported the client’s growth story!
