VISION

Stage sought a workplace that reflected its mission to champion India’s regional voices. The design needed to convey creative diversity while remaining cohesive and contemporary.

PROCESS

The design became an inquiry into identity and collaboration. The office was shaped as a layered environment expressing multiple voices through spatial variety. Bold brand colours define shared areas while glass partitions maintain openness. Flexible collaboration zones, planted edges and acoustic treatments create rhythm and balance across the floor.

OUTCOMES

The workplace translates Stage’s storytelling ethos into space. It encourages exchange while supporting focused work. Identity is expressed through colour, texture and spatial composition rather than graphics, creating a work environment where diverse voices come together as one narrative.
